Not very happy so far with this company. My major complaint right now is the service of the company. The claiming process is very unconventional. They want you to send your credit card information through a fax machine. Well I was not comfortable in sending my info. On a fax machine, so I tried calling them for more payment options. Good luck with that. They have no contact or customer service numbers to reach them. They only have sales numbers... Read more

If you have an expensive item -- DO NOT USE eSURRANTY. I sent in my iPhone 6 Plus w/ irreparable damage in October and was told the Claims Manager would handle the case. It is now January 18, I have no phone and the loaner phone I was given has been cut off. The claims manager will not return my emails and his phone goes to voice mail. Fraudulent company This company is the worst company when it comes to customer service. They give a run around as to why it's taking them a long time to fix the cell phone. The claim representative assured me that they will give me a new phone since they cannot fixed the water damage of my cell phone. It's three weeks now and I still don't have my phone. Every negative review lists the same complaints, they get your money and even charge you more, but NEVER pay you what they owe. I have been owed over $600.00 for a long time. They make continual false, unsupported claims as a reply to complaints. They never provide any proof, just make up lies. i think that only positive reviews are paid for or salted by the company. I placed claim in September and they sent me a refurbished phone in October that has a loose power button and has audibly loose parts inside. It glitches every now and then and won't shut down to get out of the glitch. This started another lengthy process of unanswered/ignored emails. Stay away from these guys. They are a ripoff. They have had my phone for over 2 months and will not return it. Angelo is the guy that I have been working work. I have filed a complaint with the state insurance commissioner. Hope that they will shut these guys down. Read the other bad reviews with at BBB, Yelp, TrustPilot and other locations. Esurranty has been my insurance company for the last year. I have had 2 claims with them and both claims were for a cracked screen. The first time, I sent my phone to them an they fixed it within 2 days and sent it back. They offered to send me alone phone to use while they repaired my phone but I had an old phone so I declined.
