Order never received

I placed an order in September 2024 and did not receive it; the tracking number was not found. I emailed Estilo and was informed that my package was lost and they were waiting for new stock to arrive.

I kept emailing them and finally, they said they had shipped my order in January 2025. They gave me a new tracking number. However, when I tried to track my package, I received the message 'not found'. I sent numerous emails, but I did not receive any response from the company.

It has been 6 months. There is no other way to contact them, except by email, which they have not bothered to respond to.

Goods paid for & emails received that delivery was delayed. Now Im chasing them no one is responding. Goods ordered 4 months ago!!

Never received my item and could never get a hold of them

I ordered a dog bed that was quite expensive - over $200 - from this company. Online, it said it would take 10 to 30 days to get to me, so I have been patient.

However, when I check the tracking number, it says it has not even shipped yet. It has been over 40 days now and I have not received anything. Moreover, it says it has not shipped and I have contacted them via their info email, provided on their website, four different times without receiving a response!

I cannot even figure out how to return it. I am extremely upset with this company.
