Recent receipt of spa ordered from Costco.com

We ordered a spa from Costco.com and the delivery is handled through Estes. They refer to it as curbside delivery handled through their Final Mile Division. I received confirmation of shipment and a text stating the delivery would occur between 1 and 5 pm on Monday. I took the day off from work to receive and move the spa. It was finally delivered Tuesday about noon.

Preferred solution: I want a call from a manager so we can discuss fixing the internal lack of communication to prevent future customers from being inconvenienced like I was.

User's recommendation: Do not order large items from Costco.com if they are using Estes. They are horrible. Communication is nonexistent and incorrect when you finally talk to someone.

Delay on pick up

Good afternoon, I called to customer service to figure out the reason for the pickup delay and the lady who attended me said the driver was 5 stops away however, I also send an email yesterday, saying that our hours of operation was at 5 o clock in the afternoon, today I ask if by any chance she knew how long it would take to pick up the pallet in order to see if we could work out something out, but the customer client was unqualified to help out the cuestumbeffff

I ordered a dock from Wisconsin via Home Depot, who chose Estes to deliver it. The manufacturer shipped it to the Estes facility 50 miles from my home in 4 days. It then sat in their warehouse for a month. Two deliveries were scheduled but Estes didn't turn up. Emails and phone calls produced no action. Eventually I gave up and cancelled the order.Don't buy anything that is to be shipped by Estes

Delayed delivery and no one knows where it is

I ordered furniture to be delivered June 4. June 4 tracking said June 7-It never came.

Called customer service and held for 20+ minutes to be told it was being delivered by train and not truck as originally noted. No one knows where the train is between Washington state and FL.

So my furniture is somewhere along 3000 miles of this country. Was told the terminal was closed, but I called and got through.

I can see your response to my comment is a standard one, cut and paste, and not geared to my complaint. My frustration is not just about the delayed delivery, which as of today, June 12th, is still not delivered.

It is about your horrible customer service - While explaining my situation, I had 2 different people talk over me and could tell they were just reading their script and not listening or caring about anything I said. I was lied to about a terminal being closed but I was able to get speak with someone there a few minutes later. I was told from one rep that my item had not left the terminal and from another that it had left 4 days earlier.

To not know where merchandise is located is ridiculous - how do you not track the items? I still say this is a 0 star company, but can only give as little as 1 star review.

Shipment was received in Tucson AZ terminal on 10 June, have not received any call for home delivery. I contacted terminal on Monday but, they said they are 1 truck behind. I really need this shipment delivered to finish remodel job. Left messages but no return call.

I am in the same situation. We are waiting on a vanity shipped early July.

I was told today it could he a few weeks or a month. Our bathroom is torn up. Oh and they dont answer the phone regularly.

They are blaming it on the people that deliver to the home. I was told that the company that does the home deliveries is not accepting deliveries from Estes.

This company is working in partnership with Home Depot to deliver material I ordered over a month ago (March 24). I received an e-mail in early April stating the package shipped along with a fake tracking number. The package appears to be lost (the package is two shower doors, they are not small). I have been on hold waiting to speak with customer service to resolve the issue for over an hour. Every 20 minutes, the call is dropped. To make the customer experience even worse, the recordings you have to listen to while waiting extoled their 'excellent customer service". This is the worst delivery company!!!

Stuck in my house for 30 days waiting on a driver to come out and pick up a return. Every day I get an e-mail saying they will be there today, and they never are. Finally, after 30days they show up and try to tell me they can't drive up my driveway. Well, he drove halfway up and then back down. If he can do that, he can come all the way up!! Now he wants me to drag this 300lb bed down to him!! They had no problem driving up my driveway to deliver it, they need to be picking it up, Im not the one getting paid by the delivery company. The most disgusting part of it is that it has been sitting in their warehouse since Thursday the 6th of May and still has not been delivered today the 11th. Horrible service

I own a commercial carpet company, we got a call from Estes Pinebrook nj terminal scheduling a delivery for today. We informed them our hours for delivery were 7am to 2pm. When they did not show we called the terminal and they stated it was out for delivery. It is now almost 5 pm and they claim they gave the fright to a subcontract service who they can only reach by email. They have no response. We get 5 deliveries a day from many freight companies. THEY ARE THE WORST. I have now been on hold with their main customer service for 40 minutes. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY HORRIBLE

Shipping of purchase from Sams

This company shipped my product to New Jersey when it was supposed to go to Florida, their excuse was weather caused the 2-month delay. I called and they said oh we will deliver it on Monday, Feb 8, but their site on February 11, showed expected delivery on February 2, so screwed up. Customer service is horrible with this company. I would never ship with them at all.

Everything about this company sucks! Their website sucks. It doesn't show any tracking info or why the date keeps getting pushed back. Customer service sucks. Very long shipping time on something that was not on back order or coming from over seas! If this was shipped by Fedex or Ups it would have been here by now.
