Signed up for annual service and found the platform had constant glitches and did not meet my needs. I ended up having to find another service.
When I cancelled my service with them they charged me the annual fee for the next year and cut off access to the platform. They basically stole over $1000 from me and refuse to reinstate my access to finish out the year or refund me.
This company should not be in business. Their product is defective and not ready for consumer use and they are crooks.
