Esso Gas Station Sanitary Conditions Review
The esso on cornwall and maplegrove in oakville Ontario the man was completely rude and their washroom has been broken all summer long! I am a girl landscaper and cant go outside like men do. Also we filled our gerry cans I asked him how much? He said $15 so I paid that then he chased us across the road screaming cause it was $40 Not my fault I asked what an *** I will never go back!

Damage to vehicle while entering Esso
On September 19,2014 at about 10:30pm,as I was entering the esso station at 3555 Major Mackenzie Rd at hwy 400 the undercarriage of my car hit a protruding corner of concrete slab on the ground next to the fuel tanks lids, damaging the undercarriage of my vehicle . I entered the store and explained what had happened to the attendant ,the attendant on duty did not understand. I once again explained to him what had happened (while customers were entering)I asked him to come outside and I would show him.He agreed but customers were coming in so he could not come out. I then asked for either the property managers number or the owners number. In seeing the amount of customers I asked him to take care of the customers in which he replied "Its my business how I take care of customers". As he was giving me a phone number I asked him if he was giving me the owner or property managers number, becoming agitated he began raising his voice and saying "you damage your car on the road ,come here and want me to pay. Not once did I mention anything about paying. I find this very unprofessional, as a business owner I would NEVER ever put up with this. I have never been so humiliated. I have been coming to this service station for years I now not only choose not to come to this station but any other Esso stations.I filled out a survey that's behind the receipt and sure enough a customer service rep called. I explained once again what had happened. He said he would call and get the owners side of the story. A few days later I got an email inviting me to go to the station and show the owner where it happened. I did accept the invite and a few days later I did go. Upon entering and introducing myself he quickly said lets go and look. I showed him where it had happened and he said there is nothing wrong with the protruding piece of concrete, I left it at that. I sent an email back to customer service telling them what had happened and they told me they would investigate.I eventually was contacted buy a smooth talking insurance adjuster Ben, asking me for pictures, I sent him the pictures and guess what..he said that there was previous damage to the undercarriage and my car was to low(full size Dodge). I asked him if he knew the proper ride height for my vehicle and he said no. How would he know that my car was too low without seeing it.....people, like most other big companies they didn't get there by running an honest business they lie and steal from the general public. My way of payback....tell as many people as I can and in as many ways as I can to get the message out .

Esso,I paid for $20 gas & did not receive.
July 11, 2008 I stopped at the esso gas station on fraser highway of the langley by pass. I purchased $20 gas cash. I went out to pump it. The pump kept flashing prepay beeping, and the last consumers amount of gas was still on the screen, so, I thought he had not reset it. I went back in to tell him, he said I must have pump it. I said I did not. After some discussion, I did get my $20 of gas, but, I will never go back or to any Esso station, ever again. It was a man attendant which I don't usually deal with, and didn't appreciate the way he treated me. I spend alot of money there a month, and it will be their loss. They have lossed a valued customer and nothing that is said or done from here on in will ever make me go back there or any Esso gas station.
