There has been no progress in this matter. The company's response has been one of indifference and a don't-care attitude!

We have sent them repeated reminders over the past several months.

Why can't the international principals impress upon the local staff to resolve this immediately? Seems to be a terribly sub-standard and poorly managed operation/company!

We had ordered for and purchased these premium prescription lenses from M/s Essilor, India through their local optometrist.
The performance of the lenses has not been satisfactory since the beginning and they agreed to redo it for us until a few months ago. Unfortunately, we could not avail of this offer immediately and have therefore asked them to make it available now, which they are ignoring.

[At the time of taking delivery, we also notified them that the coatings did not appear to be satisfactory. They assured us that everything was fine and did nothing about it at that time].
Now, the coatings on one of the lenses appear to be coming off, for about two months now, which we brought to the attention of Essilor and followed up with reminders, but the company, namely M/s Essilor will not respond or acknowledge despite having contacted the CEO's desk!
