Crizal lenses , the certificate given in my name, the PID number printed on the card is not responding, issued by the Mayekar store in Thane West Maharashtra-400602, India. No one is helping .

Dear Sir,

I, Dr. Swati Bapat, purchased Varilux Comfort Crizal Sapphire glasses worth 14500 INR on 26.06.2024. I received the delivery on 29.06.2004.

Upon enquiry, I wasn't given a warranty card. I was told I should have asked for it. Even after asking for it, I wasn't given one, being told it would take 5 more days.

Also, I would like to bring to your attention that the glasses have scratches all over. Being a Pediatrician and a doctor, I have exercised utmost care in using my glasses. The dealer has been dismissive, saying that I dropped my glasses and that the glass pouch has caused the scratches.

The glasses have been faulty, and I haven't been given an explanation or proper servicing for my glasses.

If this is the treatment given to doctors, I presume that the general public is given even worse service.

I didn't expect this from a reputable company over such a small issue.

I am confident there is someone in your company who can take action.

I am attaching the only bill given to me with scribbled handwritten information. The dealers name is Optics Plaza, Bandra East, Government Colony, Collector's office, Mumbai 400051.

I am expecting a response at the earliest convenience to my email.
