Horrible customer service and follow thru. Finally got the loan approval done. We were suppose to pick up our RV on Saturday. They said everything would be done but after numerous calls we find out that's not happening. We are spending $150 a night to sit in a hotel with 2 dogs until at least Monday. Thanks Ricky A. for your lack of correspondence and your lack of help in this matter!!

It's a shame they are so lazy .. while trying to sell my rv they won't even fax a payoff amount to my buyers bank.. telling me it takes 5 business days.. really!!!! To fax a piece of paper with a number on it!! No customer service

Going through the process right now for a boat loan. Have already paid over $300 for the inspection, and cannot get a hold of our loan officer Linda Ramirez. She won't return phone calls or emails. Tomorrow we will speak to her supervisor to see if that gets us anywhere. I've never experienced such horrible customer service in my life!
