Expired debit card

My wife's debit card (joint account) expired today and still no replacement card. Called in to nonresolve except , " your card should be in within the week, we have no control over the postal service ". The little home town bank we have here can give you a debit card on site within 10 minutes. We have been a Essex bank Customer for more than 10 years without any complaint or problem. It took all of a month to lose my business. I will be closing my account this coming week.

User's recommendation: Try at your own risk. My ratings are for Essex Bank not the new clowns.
