Verified Reviewer |After a year+ of timely rent and illegal landlord entries, I was billed $3,300+ for 7 future years of unused (threadbare) carpet as well as $1,100+for water (covered in the lease).
- - Movers left mud on carpet; cleaning needed.
- - Billed $3,300+ for carpet and $1,100+ for water.
- - Property staff entered and damaged; pests blamed.
Movers, upon exit, left mud from the sidewalk on the carpet. A good cleaning would fix that.
I was billed for 7 years future use...$3,300+ for about 750 square feet of carpet.
I was then billed $1,100 or more for water, which was a covered utility if the lease was referred to.
I was not contacted using my "Preferred Method Of Contact" at all, when I signed up on their resident portal. I received no mail from USPS from them either.
Leasing staff illegally entered and damaged my property numerous times, then I was told, "We just want our property back," as if I were rude.
I was told I was responsible for pests such as *** ants by staff.
This borders on harassment. I was not at fault for *** ants or for spiders (which came after ants were removed using toxic spray).
- Near a pretty cesspit
- Residents add animal waste in the community washing machine
- Known tenant crack dealer
- And has a verified pathological mental condition
Preferred solution: Full refund
