Resolved: Worst Customer support I have ever received
Lemon Law applied. Car is being repurchased by VW.
My latest update is as of 9/13/19. Unfortunately, I had to begin the lemon law process in order to get anything done.
I was finally able to get a response from VW in which they agreed to purchase the car back. This is bitter sweet for since my intentions all along was to keep the car, that is why i purchased it in the first place. The dealership gave me the run around without never really dealing with the issue. They blamed VW for not authorizing the repairs needed to make the AC work properly.
Shame on them both for not making the customer experience a priority, instead choose to blame me for the issue.
As a result, this leaves a real bad taste in my mouth for both organizations. Needless to say, my next car will neither be purchased at this dealership nor be a volskwagen.
I’ve own 4 VW automobiles in the last 5 years. I purchased them all at the same dealership and have been relative pleased with the level of service.
However, things have been very different with my lattes purchase of a 2018 Golf GTI.
I’ve had trouble with my AC freezing up several times. The dealership has tried to figure out the issue, but to no avail. Between the dealers, Esserman International and VW they can’t figure out the issue.
So, what do they do “sorry we can’t do nothing, please come pick up your car” are you kidding me?
I’m now stuck with a new car that is not working properly and they refuse to either give me another car or fix this one.
Whatever you do, don’t ever consider buying anything from VW, since they do not stand by their product and support the customer. This will be my last car I ever purchase from them and will encourage anyone to do the same.

Francisco Diaz Unprofessional
Never received a response about the unprofessional behavior from GM Francisco Diaz.
To my understanding Francisco Diaz manipulated facts and reported no accurate response to a third party on behalf of Esserman International Volkswagen. The dealer and him cover each other by not taken responsibilities but manipulating the complaint system

Unprofessional treatment from general manager Francisco Diaz
General Manager, Frank Diaz, from Esserman International Volkswagen at Doral, Miami, is kind of person who does not mind humiliating costumers. I reported to him about a services no performed on my car even it was requested when the car still under guaranty.
Mr Francisco Diaz stated: that’s simple you take or leave the premise. He boasts that he has no boss above of him, not even the owner. He got to the point of laughing at me and my wife by asking loudly to other employee in the middle of the waiting room: Is there any one above of me in the dealer? All employees present laughed and answered: nobody, Frank.
Then I told him that I will report such unprofessional behavior and incident to the corporate; he just mocked at me by stating: as I said, nobody above me, so, good look.
So if you are no satisfied with services rendered, you cannot complaint. “You take or leave it, he states.
I, my family and friend will take our business to a serious dealer with real and professional staff.
Such attitude should not be tolerated in a person representing the biggest automaker of the world.

In February 2011 my husband and I decided to repair our.jetta 2006, at.Esserman international Volkswagen dealer in Miami Florida, my car.was in very good condition at that time it need.only.replacement tires, turn up, and some part for its 5 years old, but it. nor have.any other problem by the time, I spent about 6 hours for labors , I show.up to the advisor.Sr Joe.Benitez, that we.moving to another state, for that reason we.need repair my car , we moved to another state, the next day that was repaired, but in our way , we not put the air because was cold and we need to save.some money in gas, but when we arrived here , we try and ...
Have a big Surprise my air was stop, only working in #4 I found under.the chofer\'s seat, a piece of electric tool that have #1,2 and 3 small number, we think .. This is the problem, but we.not have enough money now for repair again, also my battery has a lot noise when we start the car, the alarm not work, and the airs bolsas are intermitents
I have really bad experience with service and part in esserman international volkswagen my car a Jetta 2006 with 35,000 milles i went to repair and replacement some parts as tires, filters etc,,, and at the end my car cost was 1264,00 and Sr Benitez said to me you no have more problem with your car for months he know that i moved for another state, when i arrived at my current state, the air conditioning not work at all i, only the fan work, i passed the whole winter without it and now i went to another dealer to repair the advisor said that many parts were broken intentionally for the mecanic, his name is Pedro Garcia lic #50073MVR-A
