I called and the number was not a valid number. I still dont know when or if my order is coming.

It was paid through PayPal and I called them and they said my order did not have a tracking number, so they couldnt help me. I then called the essentials hoodies number and it said it was not a valid number. Could someone please contact me with a tracking number and tell me when I can expect my package. This is a birthday gift for my granddaughter, so please let me know.

I dont want to disappoint her on her birthday next week. Thank you in advance for your help.

Essential clothing has denied knowledge of the order

Hi,

This is my second email requesting information on order #9891 for an essentials hoodie priced at $175 US. This converted to Canadian with shipping is $331.17!

This was ordered on Oct. 22, 2023.

This is an extremely expensive purchase and has already been posted to my Visa. Please reply ASAP

Order got placed to a random business
