Essential clothing has denied knowledge of the order
Hi,
This is my second email requesting information on order #9891 for an essentials hoodie priced at $175 US. This converted to Canadian with shipping is $331.17!
This was ordered on Oct. 22, 2023.
This is an extremely expensive purchase and has already been posted to my Visa. Please reply ASAP

Order got placed to a random business
I placed an order for a black essentials hoodie and got an invoice that my order was placed to Bizarros pizzeria and pasta house. All of my information was correct but i haven't gotten an order confirmation or anything like that.
I sent an email to the essentials customer service and got an email back saying my email was ent received by the host? Not sure what to do from here.
