NOT THE SAME PRODUCT AS LAST TIME

A 5 gallon bucket of BB purchased last time and thin lotion this time! I provided a batch number they said they would look at it since they keep samples of each thing made and wrote me back to say sorry mothing wrong with it!

BS YES THERE Is look at the damn picture I sent yoU! THIS will be a call to the Better Business B. This is wrong.

And not the first time Ive had problems like this that cost me a lot of money because of their mistake

There are so many excellent companies, why would anyone deal with the inconvenience of this lousy customer service. I won't deal with them anymore.

Their customer service is lacking in that there is an attitude of no one really knows what is going on and they don't care to the degree of other companies. Also, they do not post the details of their essential oil quality either. There is no way to determine the level of impurities in their essential oils.

The person I talked to could not answer that query in any depth. Other than there were no impurities, but no testing details were forthcoming.

This Company, http://www.essentialwh..., is the worst company by far in customer service. First, let me tell you that if you have a small order, they will make you wait for so many days, WITHOUT NOTICE and EMPATHY.

They have very little concern for customers who order in small quantity no matter how loyal you are to them.

You can try and order from them, rest assured that, after 5 days of following up, they will give you a thousand and one excuses as to why your products have not been shipped. Not so worthy to buy products from this ESSENTIAL WHOLESALE, their CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

I've had a horrible time with these people. I ordered on 11/2 and as a mistake I left off my house number on the order.

Four days later they call me, and I call back within the hour with my house number. A girl took my order number, name, and full address and I could tell she was scribbling it on paper, not a computer. I was wary. That same evening I get a tracking number that it's shipped.

All good. Two weeks later I check the tracking and it doesn't exist. I email them and they say it hasn't been shipped because they are waiting for my house number. What??

So how did they get a tracking number? They come up with a bunch of lies about how a shipping label was made and then scrapped, but didn't think it was their job to tell me that it actually wasn't shipped.

So I give them my shipping address and ask them for expedited shipping and they write back seven hours later saying that our emails must have crossed and they've already shipped my stuff. How did they ship it if they didn't have my full address??

They are full of lies and avoid answering your queries when you call them out on their lies. I still don't have a tracking number from them even though they claim it's shipped. Meanwhile I am losing $100s this season because I can't get my order. I don't know if it's shipped, and even if it is, it will take a week and then sit in a warehouse over thanksgiving.

I've never been upset over an order from a company until now. Not only will I lose a ton of money, but the lies were just way too much, and I am gutted I have been treated this way. The compensation from them? $10 credit.

Like I ever want to order from them ever again?

I'm sorry...but this complaint is true. Their customer service sucks!

Tried to tell them that a product was not right. Oxidation had obviously changed the product. But no solutions, no "what can we do to make this right." They need to look at the big picture...you never know who will be a larger customer down the road. How you treat the little people says everything about your company's integrity.

Don't expect the Ritz Carlton from them. :upset

These are some real bull *** complaints...lol. EW publicizes their shipping policy....if you didn't like their shipping policy aka the time in which they process orders...you shouldn't have bought.

Vindictively posting this same review verbatim on several review sites (yelp, pissedoffconsumer, etc) is suspect. I have purchased small quanitities from them as well as large and while I have had my own issues with the company in the past....they have never been over shipping time or not meeting the needs of a customer based on order size.

:x MOral of this story is read company shipping time policy before you bam your credit card number into the computer. READ first so that you can make an informed decision as to whether you want to order from a company or not.

Unless You order in large quantity like the above poster and well in advance. Your order will not be shipped right away.

I have experienced on two occasions where they were back ordered and I had to spend extra money to buy a gallon both times to get the product or wait an extra week before it could be shipped.

And, Customer Service does suck. They paid for shipping free once but didn't even bring it up the second time because I didn't.
