ArcGIS software is incomplete

I uploaded the ArcGIS on January 20. 2015. It worked just fine. Today, I had to do a "refresh" to my computer and all software installed was deleted. I bought the product through Webstore @ UIC. So, I went to the website to download again the product, but I couldn't finish the installation. I called 3 times customer support. Three different technical asistants tried unsuccessfully to help me. I need the administration part of the software to entry my key and make this software work on my computer, which I need for one of my classes, which are not free.

I have spent multiple hours trying to download the student trial of ArcGIS Pro and have currently waited over an hour and 20 minutes on someone to help me. This is worse than Comcast. This program and its support team sucks!
