I send an email to resolve an issue. I filled a form of the issue and in order to send it I need to fill in a code which they never send!! Is this a joke?

Item returned 3 to 4 months ago and chasing up the company on regular basis .sent 4 items back and esprit saying they only received one .
Strange that once this company was on top of my list for clothes and now i stopped using thus .seems like quality gone right diwn and prices are rocket high suddenly.
