The old version worked great (for all four dogs and the human shampooer) The new version CAUSES itching (for both of us) it adds Aloe vera Barbadensis leaf juice but DELETES Aloe vera

I got a runaround online, and was not able to contact company. The "new improved" Tea Tree & Aloe shampoo harmed my dog's skin and mine: I had to give us both a full body shampoo (NOT with an Espree product) to calm the itching. Seems the new version deletes some expensive (?) ingredients but will let people use the product on cats (and SO many people want to give their cats a bath?!).

Where has Espree gone?
- - I've used Espree for 20 years.
- - Espree products are often out of stock; Rainforest Fresh Conditioner is hard to find, no response.

Ive been purchasing Espree products for almost 20 years, using them in my grooming business.
Over the past year or so, Espree has almost disappeared;
1. The products we purchase are out of stock repeatedly
2.
No one responds to calls, voicemails, emails nor contact messages
3. No reason or explanation given anywhere for any of this
Does Espree still exist?
Did they sell the company or annex it to someone else who doesnt care about all their customers who grew to love and buy their prodcts?
Where do we go from here replacing products we have loved and used for years? Why don't they respond?
I cant find a single place selling Rainforest Fresh Conditioner and it has been our customers and our company's favorite conditioner for years!
Any assistance with this will be appreciated!
