I ordered 3 pairs of Adidas shoes from Espow, cost over $300. Not one order was what I ordered online.

They were the wrong colors, sizes and they were dirty with no boxes. There was not even an invoice or anything so I could return them! It was like they just grabbed whatever dirty shoe lying around them, threw them in a bag and shipped then out. There was literally mud on one of them which is disgusting.

Could catch something coming from another country. I have emailed them six times with no response and there is no other way to contact them. So basically I'm stuck with three pairs of dirty shoes that so not fit while they happily take my hard earned money.

This company MUST be shut down. This is wrong on every level of business possible.

i bought 36v 15 ah bike battery which last me 4 months they did not refund me at all now they dont respond my email their website showing nothing

that battery had warrenty for 1 year, and it should last at least 2 years

I think they used cheap material, I lost total £180.00

total scam and fraud,

I asked them why battery gone bad quick they replied its depend on condition in which battery use, it was normal use, they said don't send it back, we have spend more money to refix it then its manufacture cost. no refund they promised me half

ESPOW, WORST ONLINE SUPPLIER EVER!!!!!

I ordered 6 Lipo batteries for the Syma indoor helicopters that my grandson and I fly when we are able to get together on Oct. 22nd of this year and after not even receiving an e-mail confirming ESPOW had received my order, I e-mailed the company to inquire if the order had in fact been received. I received a response on Oct. 25th that the order had been received on Oct.22nd and that payment had been confirmed that same day. I was also told in the Oct. 25th e-mail from ESPOW that I should expect to receive the order in 7 to 14 business days. Today is Dec. 15th and I still HAVE NOT received my order and I'm starting to think I never will. I have e-mailed ESPOW several times asking what the problem is and Janet from ESPOW keeps telling me in replies to my inquiries that my order has been shipped and is on the way but the United States Postal Service seems to have no record of the tracking number ESPOW provides. I have placed a lot of on line orders with numerous companies over the years and ESPOW is by far the WORST company I have ever encountered. In my last e-mail I asked that they either re-ship my order or refund my money and I was told that ESPOW would be happy to give me a discount on my next order.................AS IF I WERE FOOLISH ENOUGH TO EVEN THINK OF PLACING ANOTHER ORDER WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would strongly advise anyone and everyone to avoid purchasing anything from ESPOW!! In my opinion they are an internet scam, nothing else

I love espow. I visted many reviews before i order my coat, i was a little worry about the delivery, because i need this for an specially occasion, it is really very important for me, but finnaly it comes very on time.

Order has been place on 2th and it arrived on 7th, i turns out that my decision which select an express shipping is correct.

Customer service reply my mail very promot, they really do a good job.

I have the same problem with them ...chasing my refund for a while now...send me Chinese based mobile phone,send it to them,although you cant send mobile phone batteries !!! i had to lie in declaration,to send it to them,and they are bulshiting me ever since!!

because of their chinease mobile phone,my paypal acc.was closed,as i was a risk to them...they hold my money for 180 days!!!

Hi this is ravikumar, i am from india. I baught a cell phone from espow.com on 12th september still now i didn't get my phone.they given in the web site the delivery time is 30 business days, but already 2 months over.

They are telling some stupid reasons but they didn't solve my problem. ESHE201******** this is my order id. please help me to get my phone or help me to get refund my money. please don't leave this type of fraud fellows.

Espow 's customer service team is really good. I love them.

I have placed many orders for all kinds of items at espow as I am a dropshipper. And my problems are always solved in a very quick way. The product is good for the price too.

I remember there is one thing that really impressed me a lot. I have ordered a camera for my customer in Australia, and I choosed postal service which takes about 15 to 25 business days, but they sent my package by DHL for free after knowing my customer needs the item urgent. My customer receive the package in 5 days!!! That's really very nice of them.

I have no complaint, I recommend Espow!

just a word of caution to International consumers. I made the wrong assumption that because the web-site (espow.com) ships world-wide, the products also must be international version.

I recently purchased a Voyo Windows tablet from espow.com and to my total surprise I received a Chinese language (Voyo) Windows tablet with no option to change the language to English and no warning in the specifications also about this.

So now I am stuck with a tablet which I cannot customize because all the OS display language is in Chinese and not English. It seems Microsoft has a Windows 8.1 with Bing PRC edition which is Chinese only and cannot be changed to English. But this version was never highlighted in the specifications.

This is my only experience buying from an international web-site (other than Amazon, e-bay) and I am dis-appointed that they didnt highlight the language issue.

I went on Ebay and got a linked to Espow to chose the particular battery which I wanted. They promised to deliver within 3-5 working days but didn't anything until I sent 2x emails asking for my money back. Then they sent a totally incorrect laptop battery which didnt fit my laptop at all. You cant get them on the phone and you cant get any proper response to emails.

At the time of buying it said it was UK company and with delivery from London. Lies, lies, lies.

The rubbish that they sent me came from China. Still no response from them and still haven't got my money back.

This might be just another fraud company just like the company called 'Everybuying'.
