Received no help from ESP Lab

I had a membership with the ESP Lab of Texas for a time, for a few months at a time. I was placed on the green, white, and blue light prayer lists. I had also ordered a power cloth, a 7 day candle ritual, and an intensive treatment for a couple of different things, at different times. I didn’t ask for anything impossible. They say that they put a lot of positive energy into the work they do for you and I was positive and I believed each of the times while I was on the prayer lists and they did the above work for me, but nothing worked at all for me or helped me in any way.
