Didn't receive package

Has a good product but didnt ship out what I bought on Black Friday. I bought it as a gift for Christmas and its January 6th and still have no package. I tried contacting them but they wont respond and wont give me a refund.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy. There customer service is terrible.
