Poor customer service

The panels were installed on 11/18 but my house never turned solar. ESDs team claimed the system passed the inspection online. However Gainesvilles city inspector showed up in person and failed the system and since then I called ESD multiple times and left voice messages to make them aware the system failed and they need to send someone to correct the faulty installation. However I just received a voice message from Robbie Johnson (sales rep.) saying no worries about the loan payment as they would refund it to me but I heard nothing about when the issue of my system will be taken care of

Solar installation gone totally wrong

A solar power system was installed on my house in December of 2019, after initial issues it started producing power early February but my power bill has still been about the same as before installation. After many phone calls and emails technicians have been out and have not corrected the problem. The company has stopped communicating with me about weeks ago and I feel I hit a wall, I am a US Navy veteran and senior citizen who was sold on cutting my power bill out, now I am stuck with two bills.

User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM ESD SOLAR.
