Tried to call but there's no answer, emailed also but have heard nothing
I went to order for my son, put in all the information, along with my credit card. I saw on the computer, the order came from my address and the shipping was going to my address.
I paid $250 for shipping and want it to go to my sons. I wouldn't have paid the money to ship it if I had known it was scheduled to come here, and I have to get it to my son.
They don't answer my phone calls nor emails.
I had tried to change the address from my address to my sons.
I haven't heard back from anyone. I have gotten emails only to say I have a ticket number and someone will get back to me to help me soon.
I kept trying to call and emailed but, I've yet to get a call or email back.
At this point I have no idea if it is coming here or to my sons home.
NO ONE has called me, and if I don't receive a call or email soon, I am going to have to try another means to get this company to respond to me.

They wont replace crank the does not work, and told me not to return goal to the store
BB goal won't crank down as intended, crank is broke and Co closed my ticket and refused to help. I have emailed several times and they say its assembled wrong, but it only goes together one way, and it was very expensive, and Granddaughter still cant use it.

Unable to resolve simple table tennis part problem
Purchased mid-size Stiga ping pong table through Amazon in late November. Escalade is their distributor and agent.
The net posts did not properly attach to the table because they were too small. The table itself, otherwise, is well-built and nice to play on. Escalade's answer was to send me the exact same defective part. Several additional e-mails with photos and proof of purchase did not help.
Just received different net posts from them for a much bigger table - does not resolve the problem at all. This has been going on for over 2 months.
It could have been resolved with a simple phone call to me by a person at Escalade that is knowledgeable of Stiga tables. Very poor experience.
