I ordered hair color and conditioner. I didn't receive my hair color, but did receive conditioner, in used condition. What an insult! Phone rep was cold and unfriendly. My first time will be my last time. I guess this is what happens when you respond to an ad on Pinterest. Why does this have to be eighty words. That's dumb. I said what I wanted to say, so what else is there. Blah blah yadda yadda whatever the end the end the end the end the end
