I heard from esalon today, and they told me to do a strand test. If I don't like it, they will reformulate for free.
And that would be easy to go, oh they did right by me. But it took 4-5 emails (I lost count) to get them to answer my question about what tones...
- Color variety
- Customer service is robotic or condescending not helpful
- Offered to reformulate but wouldnt answer my questions
- Color did not last and cover greys well
- Color results for the most part were fine
- Return and refund policy
- Doubt i will receive refund and i will also not have product
- Very rude customer service
- Color remaining on my hair
- Inability to remove color from my hair
