I was upset with walmart not erommy i understand that mistakes are made,i don't like being pushed around especially when my money is at stake

You being the 3rd party should have heard my story, because your sales agent Walmart did not acknowledge my problem at the first call. A package label 10 x 12 but inside was an 8 x 10 unit, and the installers were halfway into the installation when I was told about the problem, and I still had to pay them $250 for their time and labor.

Bought a floating fireplace stand from Erommy on Amazon, but I only received the fireplace. I paid 224.68.

The fireplace and stand were shipped from two different places with only one tracking number, so they said I received the order when I only received the fireplace.

They want me to make a police report saying it was stolen when it was not. I am not making a false police report.

Loss:
$225

Cannot get a hold of anyone
