I was upset with walmart not erommy i understand that mistakes are made,i don't like being pushed around especially when my money is at stake
You being the 3rd party should have heard my story, because your sales agent Walmart did not acknowledge my problem at the first call. A package label 10 x 12 but inside was an 8 x 10 unit, and the installers were halfway into the installation when I was told about the problem, and I still had to pay them $250 for their time and labor.

Make sure all the parts are there I have been waiting since the end of October to receive my parts and still have not received them they sent me the wrong ones I asked them why they never said why I received an email a few days ago they said maybe the 23 of January. They gave me a tracking number twice said FedEx FedEx said they never received it.

Bought a floating fireplace stand from Erommy on Amazon, but I only received the fireplace. I paid 224.68.
The fireplace and stand were shipped from two different places with only one tracking number, so they said I received the order when I only received the fireplace.
They want me to make a police report saying it was stolen when it was not. I am not making a false police report.

- - Sunroom order missing a box; I can't build.

I received an order for a sunroom, and it is missing a box. I have been trying every type of communication and cannot get a response.
Please help; I have called no less than 50 times during business hours with no help. One number to call, and it works 10% of the time.
This is so frustrating. I spent over 3300 dollars and can't build my project without the missing box.
