Verified ReviewerThey Hired Someone to cut Siding And Refuse To Repair
- - Erie Home quoted roof replacement and metal flashing to patch asbestos siding.
- - Roof and gutters finished 08/06/2025; flashing updates unavailable.
We got a quote from Erie Home Replace our Roof.
A few days later Dylan Conner Called (Rep from Erie Home) And stated they need to cut siding because it was asbestos.
I asked if they were going to patch it up,
Dylan said yes they would use metal flashing. 08/01/2025 a guy named Jacob Called me told me what shingles they were using for roof, what gutters are being replaced and will patch siding with metal Flashing.
(Jacob Rep of Erie Home phone 507-676-****) 08/06/2025 Roof and gutter were done.
I called Jacob, texted Jacob asked about flashing, no answer.
I call Dylan Connor he said they're busy, I texted Sales Rep. Jagar he said they'll get to it when they can.
I called a Manager of Company Fidel V phone 651-350-**** he stated amended contact states they are not responsible for 3rd party contractors Damage. Are you kidding me these guys hired someone to do this now refuse to pay.
Only Thing i'm guilty of is being dyslexic and relying on their word that they were going to fix it.
In reality they told me whatever they could to sell the job. I'm 44,518 in debt and have rain coming through siding I can afford to fix.
I can't believe large companies can do this sort of practice and get away with this..
User's recommendation: Unless You can fully read and understand a contract don't sign it
