I joined a company a few months ago and in order to get more clients and to sell more products I learned that I needed a website. Actually I needed a few websites and they needed to be ranked in Google and preferably on one of the first 3 pages.
I took several days to search the Internet to find the perfect person or company to help me with this dilemma, since I have absolutely no experience with building a website. In reality I really am not very computer literate.
I searched high and low and I thought I finally found the perfect person to help me and teach me how to build my own websites. Now I was not thrilled with how much this cost and it was and upfront payment which was my first red flag right there that I totally ignored. I am normally very frugal with my money and I really felt that I had made the right choice.
Eric Ward promised to work hand in hand with me and guide me every step of the way. He promised not only would I become an expert website builder but that it would only take a few days to start ranking in Google. He just about guaranteed me so many new clients and sells that I would have to hire people to help me handle it all.
Well needless to say it was just all empty promises.
After a lot of hard work and effort on my part, I still have not ranked on Google and I am still waiting for the rush of clients and sells that was so easily promised to me.
I am struggling with the customer service department and am unable to get on contact with Eric Ward now that he has made all his money from me. I have made a request to be refunded my money,at least a portion of it but preferably all of it.

This does not make any sense. I have been doing business with Eric Ward for years.
He is honest and has never promised things like what you have said.
He does not even MAKE Web Sites. You must have been Scammed by someone that said he was Eric Ward. Better check where you sent your money too.
I would bet you anything it never went to him. Again, NO WAY that was Eric.
FYI...This complaint is fake. I do not build websites and never have, nor do I offer the services you describe, and never have in my 16 years online.
Here's a simple way to prove it. I only take payments via Paypal and Google Checkout, so if you are real you will have a payment confirmation # and so will I. Just send me your confirmation # and I'll eat my words and send the fee back to you. You wont do this, because you can't, because the transaction does not exist and never did, or you would have already filed a complaint with Paypal and Google, which you have not done, since there is no transaction to complain about.
Geez, get a life. Who is paying you to attack me?
