- - Customer service calls keep dropping.
- - Cannot reach anyone after trying several numbers to return an item that arrived late.
Every time I call customer service the phone call drops. I've tried for quite some time now to speak so someone to try to return an item that didn't come in time and ask a question about another product and have tried the several numbers they have but still can't reach anyone! I'm so frustrated and disappointed with this company.
