I had purchased 2 LED candles from Shop. The candles came in damaged. According to the website when I ordered there was a 100% refund if not happy with the product. I have emailed the company everyday since I received the candles trying to get my refund and to return the candles. Currently, for the last 3 days they have offered a percentage of my money back to be put towards my next purchase increasing the percentage, today it was up to 8%. I have requested that a 100% refund be credited back to my credit card account as I will not be ordering from them again. They are not standing by there guarantee that was on the website when I ordered the candles. Since then they have changed the money back quarantine which I find very shady. This company is not standing behind their product. Buyer beware of this company. I have also tried to put a review on their site, but they delete it because the review is not favorable to their product and customer service. I find this is highly questionable.
