I called to speak with Era plan to update my information as I had no access to my account and I had to sit on hold for almost 3 hours and then when I finally got through I told the agent sorry I had my phone sitting down and didnt hear her Because I had to wait on the phone for almost 3 hours and she said yeah because he didnt know your airplane number well thats why Im calling so just because I dont have my airplane number I had to sit on the phone for almost 3 hours for someone to get through to me thats poor service

Terrible Company. Never use them or it will cost you lots of money

- - They claim the contract runs a year and that price increases are blocked.
We signed a listing agreement with this Company over a year ago. They have NOT brought us one interested party.
They only want us to lower the price, lower the price. Our listing ran out and they said they would like to list it again for 6 months. We trusted them and agreed. When we looked at the new contract, they lied to us and had us sign a contract for a year.
They have brought us ZERO candidates to date. The property is in their home town. We have lowered the price and now we have realized that the price is far too low. Way below market.
We asked to raise the listing price and these crooks won't let us raise the price on our own property. They are Bad news....We want to change realtors but they won't let us out of our contract.
They are lazy and dishonest and unethical. Please people never sign up with these bums or you will lose valuable time and money..
