Poor Customer Service

If your looking for good property management for your home this is not the place. It took the over a year to replace a broken microwave, over 3 months to fix a wall and over a year to finally figure out that they are not going to give us a garage remote. I end up fixing everything myself as a customer because I don't have the patience to wait months or years for service. If property management is important to you because you want to rent a home as an investment property and keeping your customers happy by actively responding to their needs for the expectation of repeat business...... THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!
