Horrible customer service and horrible payout practices
Their policy states after you submit a death claim they have 10-14 business days to reply, I had to call them after not hearing a word for a month. Was told check would be mailed the next day, 11 days later it arrived.
Went to my bank to deposit it, they couldn't because the check number on the check and the one they typed didn't match. Now hearing it will be 10 more business days to reissue their mistake.
User's recommendation: Don't go through them for life Insurance
