Saddle rip off

Paid a deposit, got no product and no communication. Ordered almost a year ago and no resolution in sight. Very frustrated! The response was 'our policy' is the deposit is non-refundable. I was not given any paperwork or warranty information at all at the time of ordering. In fact I got nothing at all! It was only later when I inquired that I received any information at all. Nothing was mentioned at the time of the demo about any details regarding this policy. No one contacted me until after I had sent numerous emails to as many sites as I could find for this company. I still have no idea of when or if I will ever get my money back or any consideration about the issue at all. Please do not buy from this company as their service is horrendous!

I’m so sorry for the problems that you’ve had, but very am grateful that you posted about your experience. Maybe you’ve saved others major grief.

When this company refused to give me any information about their return policy or trial period, I became very leery of doing business with them.

There are other saddlers who will absolutely stand behind their products. Good Luck!


This guy is notorious for pulling stunts like this. He has a really bad reputation.

I also ordered a saddle from him and it took a year to get it. I may not have ever gotten it had I not pestered him to death. The saddle was not what I ordered and it didn't fit.

Fortunately, I was able to sell it on eBay. No matter how much bad info there is on this guy, there are always new unsuspecting customers.


Heather,Has this been resolved? Have you received the saddle or a refund? I may be facing similar issues with this company.

Not yet. He has not contacted me to date.

However, I was called by another one of his customers who owes him money and he told them to give the money to me. As of yet I have not received it. Friday is the deadline for the payment from them.

Hopefully, this will be resolved and I can let it go. I hope you have success with your issues as well.
