Confusing website
The chat sent me to a site that wanted $5 for me to continue which I didnt understand so I called instead. Had a difficult time understanding the rep due to his accent although he was very nice.

Remove foreclosure or setup payment arrangements
No, this was not supposed to be a timeshare and they lied. This is holding up my process of purchasing a home.
It's very unfair, especially since I was told this was not a timeshare and it would not affect me if I couldn't afford it. Despite my best efforts, I'm unable to keep up.
I am making payments every other week and need to be in good standing to move forward with purchasing a home. It's frustrating living with someone else and not being able to get my own place due to a timeshare that was falsely advertised as not being one.

Preferred solution: Foreclosure removed or letter saying I'm in good standing so I can purchase home. Make payments every two weeks

Did not answer hangup on me
Hangup and I'm trying to get a very important issue handled I need this issue to be tavern care of as soon as possible because I need to get me a home but this is holding me up because it's on my credit report as a foreclosure which is very wrong after I told that this was not a timeshare and it would not affect me in any way.
