Printer does not continue to work
So, Epson have responded by asking for the serial number and my post code, then suggested I take it to a service agent, 3 hours out of the city.. 4 hours from me...with all the usual warnings...
if it's out of warranty etc etc... You have to be kidding....
It keeps coming up with Error 202620. I contacted Epson, they told me to click on a link and update the drivers. I did this, and shortly after it failed again. They had me change ports.
Same result. So now... every few weeks it fails and I have to go through the entire process again. Until now.
Even the driver update does not work, and now I'm left with a non-functioning machine.
It really isn't a good printer. I'm disappointed as their products are normally very good.

Preferred solution: Fix the issue as I have purchased spare inks for it
