Ordered my replacement card thru automated system to be replaced and paid $18 in order to have it expedited to me in 2 -3 days rather than 7 to 10 business days and as of this current they lost it.
To request a investigation claim in recently ordered card that hasn't been delivered and ups has lost the package

It's not letting me get my funds that's on the card
I went to the atm ant my local gas station to get my funds and it would let me get them then I tried putting the card on my cash app to transfer the funds there and it wouldnt let me do that either this is the first time its happens to me so I dont know what else to do or when Im able to get or use my funds
- Anytime u check your balance it takes money away
Preferred solution: My money out the atm I have to give it to my dad towards my car payment

Can't use my card for online purchases
When I try to make a purchase online with my EPPICard it will say invalid zip code or wrong cvc when I'm entering the correct information. I've never had this issue before. I'm able to use the card in stores and at atms but not online and I have no idea what is going on.
Preferred solution: I would like my issue to be resolved.

Never received my card
I have 4 weeks of child support on a lost Eppicard, I cannot get a hold of a representative to assist me. I live in PA, how can it be so hard to contact someone?
Never answers my call
Someone stole from my card. Been trying to get ahold of someone from customer service they put me on hold for 2 hours and didnt resolved my issue.

Blockage on my card, I cant do anything with it at the moment. I cant withdraw money off my card. I still have a great amount of money on my card.
