No body was picked up the phone
Ni body picked up the phone. I was waiting 30 minutes and just the phone was ringing. Im not feeling goood because they didnt solve my problem

I went to the atm ant my local gas station to get my funds and it would let me get them then I tried putting the card on my cash app to transfer the funds there and it wouldnt let me do that either this is the first time its happens to me so I dont know what else to do or when Im able to get or use my funds

Never received my card
I have 4 weeks of child support on a lost Eppicard, I cannot get a hold of a representative to assist me. I live in PA, how can it be so hard to contact someone?

When I try to make a purchase online with my EPPICard it will say invalid zip code or wrong cvc when I'm entering the correct information. I've never had this issue before. I'm able to use the card in stores and at atms but not online and I have no idea what is going on.

They have terrible customer servive in OHIO i have been on hold for two hours and ready to hang up!!!! GET IT TOGETHER

Never answers my call

To remove blockage from card
Blockage on my card, I cant do anything with it at the moment. I cant withdraw money off my card. I still have a great amount of money on my card.
