We have concerns over the epoxy floor installed on invoice dated 12-30-2016at 5304 Denton Hwy, Haltom City the name of the business is Kyle’s Small Engine Repair, customer name on invoice is Garland . After searching on the internet for an epoxy floor company we came across your business. Your website looks very professional and the salesman Rich Bailey did a fine job of selling your company with the promise of guaranteed satisfaction. After seeing samples of your work and the assurances we received from Rich we decided on Epoxy Floors Houston for the centerpiece of our showroom. At first we were not prepared to spend $15,000 on a floor. Rich told us this is one of the best floors you provide, we did not try to haggle the price and expected to receive what we paid for. What happened next. The job was to start at 10am on Dec. 29th. One person arrived at 3pm to begin scrapping the existing floor tile. At 9-10pm second representative showed, the tile removal was going at a slow pace so we had 3 of our people assist in tile removal to help move the process along. The floor was prepped and primed by 6:30 am. Your installers were back the same day at 3pm to begin applying the epoxy, floor was completed at approx. 11pm. At the time they were finished you could begin to see bubbles in the floor, we were told this is normal and they would come back and buff / clear coat the floor and bubbles would be gone. We had concerns but figured this is your business and the installers knew what they were doing. The next day to our shock you could see the outline of the tiles that were originally on the floor and numerous bubbles throughout ( I mean like 100’s of bubbles per sq ft). We told your rep. Jared about this and apparently he thought we may have been exaggerating, he said the buffing / clear coat would fix this. When Jared and partner arrived they said that buffing would not do this any good, partner said only way to fix this is to tear out and redo. Then- Jared came back after I assume speaking with management and offered to put down a flake floor to cover up the epoxy finish. This would mean we end up with a flake floor that we could have originally purchased for $3,000-4,000. We were told that the flake finish would not come with any type of refund of our $15,000. We are not flooring experts but this is our position. We contracted Epoxy Floor Houston to take up existing floor, prep slab and install the epoxy floor. Not sure where the failure occurred, in taking up old floor, prepping floor, mixing of chemicals or the whole process was rushed . I would think if there was any doubt that a sample area would be used to test the epoxy compatibility with the floor to be sure all was good. Resolution: We welcome a member of management (besides installers) to come visit our location and see for yourselves what we are seeing. Here are three acceptable remedies. Fix or take up current floor and deliver the epoxy floor we originally contracted to have done. Install the flake floor and refund us $10,000 of our $15,000 payment. Refund us in full $15,000 and we go our separate ways Please contact me on this matter. It is our desire to resolve this issue in a timely manner. We have been in business for 20+ years and have been on both sides of customer service issues. This comes down to business integrity. I feel we have offered up three fair solutions. Again we would welcome and appreciate a member of management to come look at this floor. Looking forward to hearing from you, please make all contact through myself on this matter. Ruined my Garage with cheap Epoxy

This company was to provide epoxy in my garage but instead ruined it with cheap material and labor. They claimed to be a big company, which in fact, is a big lie. Every time I tried to reach the company it was a cell phone. So they operate without a real business location. That should have been the red flag at that time. Another indication of improper business conduct was the continuous lies of re-scheduling. Also, the original estimate of the epoxy on the floor was done by email and phone. There was never any time a salesman came and measured the property like the others who came and gave me a real estimate.

Epoxy floors San Antonio is a call ctr or cheap answering service. No physical address!!!

#2. Epoxy floors Houston is a call ctr or cheap answering service. No physical address!!!

I called and spoke with San Antonio call ctr they said someone will return my call as soon as possible.

15mins later a Rich Bailey called, asked what I was interested in and claimed his Dad was a chemist and he had stepped into the line of work his dad did so well in. Just a little bit to know about our company he said, we are a multi million $$ and have expanded from Houston to San Antonio, next week they are opening an office in Dallas. I replied wow you guys are that busy? #3.

He replied this is crazy we can't keep up with the work. He said we are growing so fast I don't even know the guys in Dallas store - I asked where is the office located in San Antonio and Dallas? I may have some friends get some work done. #4.

He changed the subject immediately.... #5. When I asked him some product line questions he could not answer them!! He immediately stated he would put me in touch with a field technician that can walk me thru the process..

I asked for email so I could have some way other then a phone # to communicate if I should have any other questions regarding job. It took forever to get an email, but got 1 and all the information that was asked for was not included so I call and left a message saying I was disappointed from a Sales Mgr. not following thru with information, I requested and no field rep was provided. #6.

To get to the bottom of this scenario of complete FAKE business goes as far as 19018 Hamish Rd, Tomball Texas 77377 is a very small house was on the market and value is 76K. That is the BULLSEYE on any target. #7. Spoke with Justin, for about any hour and he was claiming just getting back from hunting!!

I asked if he could furnish me a color chart of the base epoxy's he has in his warehouse!!? #8. Justin replied I only have 3 colors in San Antonio and would have to call Houston to check on the color chart inventory. I replied call Houston and call me right back.

#9. Justin never called back & never returned a call from his so called office answering service. #10. Looked up Epoxy Floors Houston for any reviews and what did I come up with - SCAM!!!!!

If you don't do your homework on the contractor that you are about to hire the $$$ you earned with your sweat & tears belongs in their hands. any other information needed regarding LIES, can be emailed to rich@***.com SO CALLED sales Mgr!!!!

Justin Enke is the most ignorant wannabe criminal in the Houston area. He impersonates lawyers, police officers, references, etc.

He obviously is "machinetx" as posted above. He installs terrible christmas light decorations in the winter, and paints garage floors with cheap products in the summer. He will always threaten people with his team of lawyers, and says he will put a lien on your property. He has an 8th grade education, and only has a criminal defense attorney that no longer has anything to do with him.

He brags about pushing counterfeit $20's, beating his wife twice and getting away with it, and his million dollar warehouse. He and his crew live with his grandmother rent free, his product is in a garage somewhere. He is currently being sued for destroying a garage in Sugarland and calling the homeowner racist slurs.

Do not let him or his crackheads onto your property! Do your own research, you have been warned.

I find this Funny expecially because this is coming from a person to actually worked for me and attempted to consider herself an X girlfriend lol she was terminated for theft where she work at a law office in Conroe and if anyone needs to know particulars I'll be more than happy to give them. She actually lost custody of two of her children because of her lifestyle.

Information on that can also be given. You should try looking me up on Facebook you will see hundreds of thousands of dollars of homes property cars trucks and staff that I have acquired by being a successful business owner. Not trying to toot my own horn but I spend more on hunting around the world than this individual makes in 3 years.

She is a bit upset because she is a more than promiscuous individual and has a terrible reputation. Please by all means look up the facts check me out on Facebook and you can see what type of lifestyle I endure.

I have had three of my homes as well as my warehouse done by this company.they have always done a great job, with prompt responses and had a great price as well. I actually know the owner personally and know that they do a lot of applications they have done several of my neighbors.

So considering the very few reviews they have knowing as many jobs as they install they have a great reputation in my book. I also know that they do not collect any money untill the application is complete and the customer is happy.

This is a direct indication that this is someone trying to slander them an damage their reputation. I own machine shops across Houston and am personally trying to help them find the people who are attempting to slender their name and funding suit against them.

Aamco Garage Floors and Epoxy Floors Houston are the same person....Justin Enke
