I am a nurse practitioner student a Wilkes University with a specialization in family practice. I would like to know if you have any promotions for free use of your epocrates apps. I would like to use the app while I'm in clinic as a student, as well as once I graduate and begin working as an advanced practitioner registered nurse.

I emailed eariler and left a message, needing a copy of Julia Hucks, FNP-C receipt where she paid her subscrption on 9/22/2022. Mrs.
Hucks got a copy of page 2 of 1 of 2, but NOT page 1. We need a receipt with her name on it, if at all possible. Need this ASAP, our company will not reimburse her without a receipt with her name on it. Hope that you can help with this.

I was billed an autopayment for Epocrates Plus which I did not approve. I have not used the service in months.
I have sent numerous emails to customer support without being contacted. I would like to talk with customer service and they only allow contact by email.

Unauthorized renewal
I was charge for Epocrates Plus auto-renewal without my approval. The company states they have attempted to credit my credit card 3 times and were unsuccessful.
I don't understand since they were able to charge me on the credit card.
Still getting the run around. Never get to speak to a customer service representative.

I have received no response from the support staff regarding my issue with my Epocrates app, other than to tell me that I will hear from a representative within 1 business day. I have been waiting for several days for someone to address my problem with my account.

App support locked out of 2 accounts
I have been using the support email for assistance since September and have not had anyone get back in touch with me other than the default we received your complaint no one will call no one will reach out to help me resolve these problems so I bought a second subscription at $179 and having the same problem again Ive reached out no one will answer. No one will return the email. This is ridiculous.
