Dissatisfaction with customer service

I have received no response from the support staff regarding my issue with my Epocrates app, other than to tell me that I will hear from a representative within 1 business day. I have been waiting for several days for someone to address my problem with my account. Susan McCartney MD

Someone to resolve my issue so I can use my app.

App support locked out of 2 accounts

I have been using the support email for assistance since September and have not had anyone get back in touch with me other than the default we received your complaint no one will call no one will reach out to help me resolve these problems so I bought a second subscription at $179 and having the same problem again Ive reached out no one will answer. No one will return the email. This is ridiculous.

User's recommendation: Possibly look for other applications.
