Fraudulent Charges
Hello, I have 2 unauthorized charges that showed up on my bank account this morning that I did not make. Upon contacting Epoch customer service via the chat option, they told me I would get refunded within 24 hours and receive an email.
I have not received anything and I need my funds back. Please help.
