Need to purchase an 11”lid for Ecolution 11” fry pan, EGA11-L5128E.

I have not been able to speak to anyone by phone at Epoca Customer Service, at Sales Dept. or at Order Dept.

I left phone message and also tried the Chat line unsuccessfully as they forwarded me to Just Answer which I did not want to use.

Please contact me so I can order the lid. Phone: #732-225-****.
