This company took over our complex a little less than three months ago, and I am SOOO glad that we moved shortly thereafter. The workers are completely unprofessional and are capable of zero correspondence. Monica was more than half an hour late to our final inspection walkthrough. We left on 12/12/19 and tried to reach Monica via email and phone calls about the resolution of our final walkthrough charges, prorated rent, and return of our deposit. Monica did not respond to any emails over the course of a full month. Chris Merlo responded TODAY to a voicemail that I left on the company's business phone, but NO ONE will answer the phone outright and the menu options always route to a message. ...Aaaaannd then there's David. DAVID MERLO. I had spoken to David when we gave notice, and he gave me a rate to pay for the balance of our rent being Dec. 1-12. I paid that amount. The amount that DAVID TOLD ME TO PAY. Then, mysteriously, there was a balance of several hundred dollars remaining in our online tenant portal. I called repeatedly (with the success mentioned above) and left several messages. David was "courteous enough" (his words, my sarcasm) to reach out to me, only after I sent an email to the main "Contact Us" email on the main website. David spent forty-five minutes being disrespectful and actually YELLING at me over the phone before hanging up on me. Shady. Rude. Wrong. Expert absolutely fails to live up to their name or even a normal standard of professionalism. The company is not member of the Better Business Bureau, which should set off a red flag. Probably a father-son operation with a couple of "managers" that want to get as much by doing as little as possible. DO NOT RENT properties maintained by them!
