My Overcharged Purchase Ticket complaint!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I had recently purchased the tickets online from Tickets on Sale (Etix) for the "Deathpact" concert on March 8, 2025 and the download ticket shows it's from "Etix Company". I was charged $134.94 on my Merrick Bank Credit card ending 8073.

The original price for this concert was $43.00 to $54.25.

I have the "snapshot" of the purchase price from McMenamin's on March 08 on my cell phone. I believed that I was "overcharged" by $80.69!

I am requesting the overpayment of about $80.00. When I completed the ticket order, I wasn't able to see the total purchase price until after it was paid.

My bank said that I was charged $134.94!!

My phone number is 1-(54*)***-****.

Please call me so that we can straighten this issue out. I hope to hear from you and the next 24 to 48 hours.

Thank you.
