I love my Apple phone guitars. Ive had several of them over the years been very satisfied.
However, the customer service I received from consumer was very very poor. Didnt get any answers to my questions. I did not solve the problem. Why cant someone from Phone customer service speak with me directly.
I have a wiring issue that I need help with. The control board came loose from where it was attached and wiggled around enough that all the wires came detached I just need to know how to reattach them in the proper place. There are five wires. The plug side has a black, a yellow, and a green.
The battery has a red and a black.
All these wires have become disconnected. I need to know how to start them back in the proper place.

User's recommendation: First, make sure from what website you are contacting Epiphone. I dont know how I contacted them thru a website called "Pissed Customer"!! because I'm not pissed, just trying to buy some replacement parts. I'm not sure that I can buy them yet. anyway, i'm not pissed, just trying to get something.
