Trying to get reimbursed for Fortnite cards

I was attempting to buy 15 steam cards at a family dollar in my town. Unknown to me.

They had put seven steam cards on top of a row of fortnight cards so out of the 15 cards I purchased the bottom eight were actually Fortnite cards after she rang them in and I paid for them and will give them the cards back. I realize that eight of them were the wrong cards. She said she was unable to reimburse me for the cards and I had to get a hold of the company that makes them. I have been trying to get a hold of epic games to try and find out if I can get reimbursed for the unused activated cards.

That company is an absolute disgrace. There is no way to get a hold of them they make it absolutely impossible. You cannot just get on their website and email the customer service rep and get a response. Do you need to have an account with them which I do not have because I do not play computer games.

I went on Google and kept trying to find a phone number for that company. The only phone number they gave out was a bogus phone number of 555****.

They are a despicable company. Their customer service is horrendous.
