A totally dishonest Ford service department

Received a coupon from Epic Ford for a $50 off on an oil change and lube on my 2006 Ford F250 Lariat 7.3L SRW. Called to make an appointment at the number listed on the offer card and first asked what the oil change was going to cost. The response was $105 for the required 15 quarts of oil etc. That was almost exactly what I had paid before at this dealer for the same service. So I made the apt. They told me it would slightly less than an hour but it took almost an hour and a half. I was presented a bill for $179 plus tax just for the oil change. I was flabbergasted. I told the service writer that I had been quoted $105 by the person i made the apt with. She then corrected the bill to what I had been quoted and then i presented my $50 off coupon. She then had to revise the bill to include the %50 off coupon. The service writer had obviously been trained how to handle this kind of situation. It was very clear to me that Epic had raised their price to accommodation the $50 off coupon. That is unethical and dishonest business practices. I spent the next 30 minutes giving the Service Manager a piece of my mind and found out other dishonest practices. In their inspection they had reported that I had oil seeping. And that a diagnostic was required for that oil seeping for a nice tidy sum of $189. Not fix the oil seeping but just for a diagnostic. There report showed a rear main oil leak. I told the Service manger I had owned the truck since new and never and I mean never had it left an oil stop where it had been parked. I requested that i be shown where the oil seep was. After much double talk about the difference between oil seeping and oil leaking the Service manager finally admitted that they had not seen an oil seep on my truck but typically there is one on a truck with my kind of mileage. They had lied to me. I walked out after a few choice words. I told them i would never be back.
