- - Agreed on a $44k car with $2k down.
- - Epic Chevrolet charged $44,000 and took $2,000; bank expected $42,000 financing; I will hire a lawyer.
I bought a new car , we discussed price with seller and got an agreement, its was 44,000 deal with 2000 down payment.
I was supposed to get 42,000 financing from bank,few days after deal I went to the bank and found out, epic Chevrolet asked a credit for the entire 44,000 and took 2000 from my credit card . I fell Scammed
They dont answer my calls .
I will hire a lawyer to resolve this matter.
