Repair of a 516 E-Otech

My 516 optic failed to light up and when I contacted E-Otech they informed me the parts are no longer available. I think the gas leaked out.

I explained The sight had very low hours on it (30hr). They told me I could trade in for 1/2 price on a new optic. I told them as a Police officer I already get 25 percent off so that was not a very good deal . They stated their policy is firm.

I was a good customer as I own a few E-Otech optics. I do not want to do business with a company that does not take care of their customers.

Preferred solution: A fair exchange on new optic
