Resolved: TERRIBLE SERVICE
- - Equipment not well maintained.
- - Weight scales removed at Hollywood location.
- - Emails to staff unanswered.
No contact was made. They finally replaced the machine service. Be persistent.
Last year EOS gyms acquired GOLDS gyms...of each I have been a member with for over 20 years.
THEY DO NOT MAINTAIN THEIR EQUIPMENT.
In the Hollywood, CA location the removed the weight scales in the mens changing room that has been available for decades. THEY ARE NOT REPLACING IT.
I've sent them TWO emails and never got a reply!
THEY DO NOT CARE ABOU THEIR CUSTOMERS! We depend on seeing our weight...WHAT GYM DOES NOT HAVE A WEIGHT SCALE???

I have been trying to find a member of...
- - Wants to cancel the trainer add-on at EOS ($128/mo) that's unused.
- - Has spent nearly 2 months contacting staff with no resolution and wants a refund.
I have been trying to find a member of the staff at my eos for nearly 2 months now i wanted to cancel a trainer thing i agreed to thats been costing me 128 dollars a month but i havent been able to get with him ive gone like twice in persona and given multiple calls and only been met with a "he's not here today" or "sorry hes with another customer ill get your contact information down so he can call you back" and yet nothing i just thought now that eos probably has a corperate so i just want to cancel this and get my money back.
Just as a side note i dont mean cancel the gym membership just the extra trainer thing ive never used
