I've installed my DGMRX7. Startup I have a message 'backup camera has no power?' I have a 2018 Ram 2500 factory backup camera, do I still need power? If so, what vehicle wire do I tie the backup camera wire to?

There was no experience with customer service. Discontinued numbers, unanswered calls on another number, no response to my email.
I needed help as my vehicle wouldnt run with Eonon in it.
Removed everything and reconnected the factory items and it runs like a top. Already have my refund from Amazon

The customer service number doesnt work. I was able to reach them thru email but the part I need will take 4 weeks to get. They advertised direct fit but that wasnt the case

No SWC diagram for vehicles. It would be nice since the colors change and some units don't have a 3.5 head jack.
