On September 27, 2018 I orderd CBD oil from Envyta Lyfe, I was to have a 7 day free trial uasage of the oil and at the end of the 7 day trial I was to be charged $49.99 monthly as long as I continued to receive the CBD oil. On October 10, 2018 I noticed $99.99 had been debited out of my account by a company named BodyHealthToday. I looked this company up and called this company and asked why did they debit $99.99 out of account because I had not ordered anything from this company. I was told by two representatives from BodyHealthToday that they did not debit $99.99 out of my account, they had no affiliation with Envyta Lyfe and they get at least 50 calls amonth regarding this company using their company name. I was then asked what did I order and I told the representaitves CBD oil, they then responded that they don't sell CBD oil they only sell vitamins and vitamin supplements and advised me to report the incident as fraud.

I told the representatives at BodyHealthToday that I was going to do just that because I had not ordered anything from BodyHealthToday and they should not be showing up on my banking activity as taking any money out of my account.

I then called Envyta Lyfe after hanging up with BodyHealthToday and asked them did they charge me $99.99 for the CBD oil that I ordered from them in September 2018. The representative replied yes. I then asked why was money debited out of my account using another company name and why was I charged more for the CBD oil than it was advertised for which was $49.99 not $99.99. I was then told by the representative that she did not have anything to do with the billing. I then said to the representative that she did know that it was illegal for Envyta Lyfe to advertise a product for one price then charge the customer a different price when they actually debit the money out of the customer account and use a different name when debiting the money out of the customers account without notifing the customer they would see a different name on their banking statement. I was told again by the representative that she had nothing to do with the billing.

I then asked the representative for a return number because I was not going to pay them $99.99 for the CBD oil. I was given the return number the oil was sent back, and according to my tracking information Envyta Lyfe received the CBD oil back on October 18, 2018. Now Envyta Lyfe refuse to reimburse me my $99.99 or send me the CBD oil back. Envyta Lyfe representative Ashley in which I spoke with today 1/8/2019 stated that Envyta Lfye can't give me a refund because my account has been black balled. I asked the representative what did that have to do with my money being refunded since they got their CBD oil back on October 18, 2018 because they were not going to keep the CBD oil and my money. Then the representative hung up the phone on me and they have refused to answer my calls. I am going on every complaint site and file complaints. This company is FRAUDGULENT STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!
