Interview question

AI Highlights
  • - Told to reapply after six months and invited to a hiring event.
  • - Note says you previously worked with Envoy Air and are ineligible to interview.

Wondering if Im on the Do not hire list. I am a former employee.

When I was let go I asked my supervisor was I able to reapply. My supervisor at the time said I am able to reapply in Six months. I reapplied to be a ramp agent since its been over 6 months. I got an Invitation to come to The next hiring event.

The next thing this was sent. (It has been determined that you have previously worked with Envoy Air.

At this time you are ineligible to interview with the company). Does this mean Im on the DO NOT HIRE LIST?

RUDE Overpowered Employee

As a customer I felt as though she rudely approached me when I was merely trying to check out a cart. She approached me aggressively.

I calmly approached her afterwards to let her know how I felt.

She didnt not sympathize and apologize, but got argumentative, saying that it was my perspective and that she had her own perspectives on the situation.

She was unable to understand or listen, in which case, I asked for a manager. She said she WAS manager, flipped her badge, and initiated everyone not to tell me her name. She would refer me to any supervisor, did not apologize until she argued with me for 5 minutes at the gate. In the end, she said I would not get her name or badge because she did nothing wrong and that I was not going to write a good report on her.

Afterwardswith attitude, she walked away.

I had to go to AMERICAN AIRLINE customer service to find out that she worked for Envoy.

I also found out that the customer service desk had a complaint on her as well.

You should reconsider hiring people with power trips. The make other employees fearful, cant perform at full capacity, while losing customers due to poor customer service.

Pros:
  • There are other great employees to promote
Cons:
  • You need better customer service education

Preferred solution: Apology
